Overview
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and provide ongoing support and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, making data-driven decisions for necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with families to ensure successful implementation of behavior plans at home.
- Provide opportunities for professional development through trainings and CEUs to local schools and practitioners.
- Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices and research in behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Strong experience in working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while being an active and supportive team member.
- A passion for improving the lives of children and their families.
