Knowledge, Skills, and Essential Functions:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Create, write, and update program goals
- Enter program goals, data, and session notes into applicable data software
- Provide training to paraprofessionals, teachers, daycare staff, parents and more
- Conduct group training for RBT’s and Supervisees
- Compose client progress reports
- Collaborates with BCBA supervisors regularly
- Excellent written communication and computer keyboarding for inputting clinical documentation
- Excellent verbal communication with clients, staff and community providers
- Time management and organization required to meet service goals
Education and Experience:
- Hold a certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Hold a current state license as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Texas
- Follow all BACB ethical guidelines
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Possess a valid TX Driver’s License, car insurance, and reliable transportation to commute to and from the clinic and client homes/schools/daycare/community session location
- Clear criminal background check
- Have regular access and the ability to use modern technology for scheduling, session data recording, session notes, and more
