Overview
- Develop and execute positive behavioral support plans and strategies for a caseload of clients
- Oversee ABA therapy implementation for early intervention, social skills, daily living skills and/or job training to clients (service 2-year-olds to adult) in clinic, home, and community
- Complete and assist in Functional Behavioral Assessments, Skill and Social Assessments as needed
- Collaborate with treatment team providers (Directors, parents, and other support networks) to review and monitor case progress and data collection
- Provide parent training to ensure generalization of skills and problem behavior reduction
- Provide training and supervision for your team: Lead Therapist(s) and RBT(s) – Training will include but not be limited to treatment plan/report writing, behavior reduction and skill acquisition development, effective programming, ABA principles, and various research topics
requirements
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Special Education, Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA or BCBA-D certified
- A passion for working with children and adults with disabilities
- An eagerness to be a part of a caring and dedicated team
- A commitment to show up every day (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license)
